Bookings
I am available for social bookings, such as weddings, receptions, and parties, and small gigs such as musicals, pit orchestras, pick-up orchestras, and church pageants.
My repertoire for most bookings consists of classical, light classical, show tunes and easy-listening. I also have an electric instrument that I can arrange to use, if your taste runs more toward rock and blues.
Weddings: Polk or Warren County, Iowa; $100, includes all necessary consultations, the rehearsal, and ceremony (including prelude and postlude if requested). Charges incurred for purchase of non-standard music will be billed at my cost. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at time of booking. The balance is payable at the end of the ceremony.
Receptions, cocktail or garden parties: $75 for up to the first hour, $35 for each additional half-hour. A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent of total time is due at time of booking. The balance is payable at the end of the event.
Fundraisers, receptions, etc. for non-profits: I will donate half of my regular performance fee back to registered 501(c)(3) organizations that provide advocacy and services for the homeless, children in need, domestic violence victims and GLBT.
I am also available to do demonstrations and lectures, and am willing to step in as an "assisting" musician when asked.
